The\nowners of the most famous vinotheques- Srpska ku\u0107a vina (\u2019 Serbian Wine House\u2019)\n, Wine Art, managers and owners of the leading restaurants: Madera, Durmitor,\nJarry, Tabor\u2026. Ambassador to Montenegro in Serbia, Minister of Culture in the\nGovernment of Montenegro, founders of the Belgrade Wine Exhibition, sommeliers,\nwere only a few of the guests at the mentioned dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Marketing\nand sales director, Veselin Djuri\u0161i\u0107, the host of the dinner, devoted to the\ngreat success of the winery Planta\u017ee for 55 years of operation as well as to\nthose, achieved this year all around the world for quality and hedonism,\nfound for every guest a few proper words and the wine and food spoke for\nthemselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In six\ngangs, where the food was partly on the principles of the molecular cuisine,\nthe complexity of the flavours of the bites was followed by the wines:\nMonteengrin Malvazija 2017, Pro Anima Pinot Blanc 2016, Vranac Reserve 2011,\nEpoha 2012, Stari podrum Vranac 2013 as well as Premier 2009 with the dessert,\nwhile the sparkling wines Val Rose\u2019 2015 and Val Extra dry were served for the\nwelcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Numerous\nand exclusive specialties were in specially tailored menu for this occasion,\nsuch as: chanterelle cream with porcioni mushroom ragu, roasted beetroot and\nbeefsteak salad,entrecote in forest fruit sauce, roe deer ragu and so on.
