Earning<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The earning has been calculated on the base of worker\u2019s perfomance and the prices are, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. Thinning of the fruit – depending on the age of the plantation, from \u20ac 0.45 to \u20ac 0.55 per tree,<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. Picking up the peaches – one row small crate \u20ac 0,30<\/p>\n\n\n\n – plastic crate \u20ac 0,40 <\/p>\n\n\n\n Accomodation, food and transport:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n For the seasonal workers with the residence outside the territory of the Capital city Podgorica, the following is provided:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. accomodation in the pavilions in \u0106emovsko polje<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. three meals<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. the company refunds the travelling costs of arrivals and departures home<\/p>\n\n\n\n For the seasonal workers who do not use the accomodation of our company, the following is provided:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. one meal and<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. transport – departure point:bus stopin front of the Clock Tower (Sahat kula), Stara Varo\u0161<\/p>\n\n\n\n – <\/strong>Time of departure: 6:20 h<\/p>\n\n\n\n –<\/strong> upon the completion of the work, the transport is provided to the city \u2013 Sahat kula).<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Documentation<\/strong><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n As for the engagement, the following documents should be enclosed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. the employment record book ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. the copy of the personal identity card<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. the copy of the bank account .<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Old-age pensioners should submit the following documents :<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. copy of the Retirement Decision ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. the copy of the personal identity card<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. the copy of the bank account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Disability pensioners have not been allowed to work by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The persons, under the age of 18 years, should submit, besides the a.m. mandatory documents, the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. medical certificate and<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. verified consent of both parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n For any additional information, concerning the conditions, please do not hesitate to contact on +38268861136.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The company 13.Jul-Planta\u017ee a.d. needs 50 seasonal workers for peach thinning and picking up the peaches in \u0106emovsko field.
