Upon aging in the wooden vats and aging in the bottle (3-5 years), the wine develops its full, specific and very recognizable bouquet. The wine of dark, red ruby colour, On nose, it is ripe and with intense aromas of the forest fruit. The taste of the wine is very rich, warm and ripe, prevailing jammy notes of the forest fruit, interlaced with the aromas of: coffee, tobacco, sweet vanilla and dried figs.
